Accommodations

This is a brand-new custom-built home on an acre in beautiful Chino Valley.
The living area in the house is 2,742 square feet that consists of the living room, a kitchen/dining area, 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that are separate from the crafting area.
Each bedroom has 4 twin beds.
The separate meeting/crafting area is 1,046 square feet that has individual work areas with a small kitchenette. 6-foot tables and chairs are provided along with ample access to electrical outlets and Wi-Fi.
All rooms are insulated to reduce noise from any room in the house.
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out is at 11:00AM
Sheets, blankets, and pillows are not provided unless requested in advance for an additional charge of $20 per person per stay.

Pricing

Pricing for the Chino Craft Cottage is based on a maximum of 20 people with a 2 night minimum stay.
Pricing as follows:

Sunday thru Thursday night $475 per night
Friday and Saturday night $525 per night

Example:

Thursday 3:00PM thru Sunday 11:00AM $1,525 total + $125 Cleaning Fee

Pricing for early setup can be negotiated when booking.
There is a $125 cleaning fee for all bookings.

Discounts

Reserve three or more dates at any time during the year, up to one year in advance, and receive a 10% discount when booking. We want to build a positive working relationship with our crafters/tenants.

Example:
3 bookings for Thurs 3:00PM thru Sun 11:00AM - $1,372.50 total + $125 Cleaning Fee per booking

Reservations and Deposits

To reserve a date, please check the Availability Calendar for open slots and complete the Reservation Request form below with your preferred dates. We will contact you via email to confirm availability and provide deposit information to finalize your reservation.

Reservation deposit of $200 per booking is required and is refundable up to 2 months prior to the event. We offer three ways to pay: Venmo, Zelle, or direct mail.
Once the deposit is received, the online calendar will be marked off*

* If two or more people try to book at the same time, we will only be able to honor the first person who sent the request and submitted their deposit.

Full payment is due 1 week in advance of the event.
Upon receipt of payment, access instructions along with the door codes will be sent to you.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any reservation request.

Miscellaneous

Posting of any signs on the property or identifying your group is NOT permitted.

Smoking is NOT permitted in the house or work area. Smokers must smoke outside and away from any combustible areas.
Any damage to internal areas or furniture is the booking person’s responsibility.
The booking person is responsible for seeing that all furniture and equipment is returned to its original location.
It is recommended that the booking person has insurance to cover the use of the property.

What if I don’t craft but would like to rent the Chino Valley Craft Cottage for a family reunion?

The Chino Valley Craft Cottage is a great space for reunions of all kinds, even if you're not into crafting. The crafting area can be transformed into a meeting space, a dance floor, or a dining area.

What kind of insurance do I need?

We recommend renters insurance that covers a renter's personal belongings in the event of theft, damage, or loss. It can also cover liability in the event that a renter is responsible for injuring someone or damaging someone else's property.
